Profiterole Tower Tart

Chocolate based tart with a butterscotch bottom, filled with chocolate mousse. Stacked with two custard filled shoux pastry balls and covered with melted chocolate ganache. Topped with lines of white chocolate, ganache rosette and a duo mistro.
